LED Modules, Drivers and Transformers

This group holds the parts that make the rest work. LED modules light signage and built-up letters from the inside; chandelier modules renew the light source of an LED chandelier without replacing the fixture; drivers convert mains voltage into the 12V that strips and modules use. Choosing a driver rests on one calculation: multiply the wattage per metre by the total length and pick a driver rated at least 20 per cent above it. Skipping that step leads to overheating and a short life.
