How and when will your order reach you?
We run a careful delivery process so that your orders arrive safely and on time. On this page you will find information on shipping times, conditions and dispatch.
Delivery time
In-stock products are dispatched within the stated period after your order is confirmed. For custom-made products prepared to measure, the production time is added to the delivery time; this period is specified before you place your order.
Shipping fee
The shipping cost is shown clearly during ordering, based on your basket total and your delivery region. Free shipping may apply to orders above a specified amount; the current conditions are displayed at the basket and payment steps.
Delivery and inspection
Your product is delivered to the address you specify. We recommend checking that the package is undamaged upon delivery; in the event of a damaged package, you may have a damage report drawn up and contact us.
Domestic and international dispatch
In addition to domestic delivery, we ship worldwide on a project and product basis. For international shipments, the delivery time, cost and customs conditions are advised separately upon request.
