Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is concluded between the seller (the website operator) and the buyer (the person placing the order), in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the buyer electronically.

The essential characteristics of the ordered product, the sale price (including taxes) and any shipping charge are clearly shown to the buyer before the order, on the product page and at the cart and checkout steps. Payment is made using the methods offered on the site.

The product is delivered to the address specified in the order within the announced period. Delivery times and conditions are further explained on our Shipping and Delivery page.

The buyer has the right of withdrawal within the period and under the conditions set out in the applicable legislation. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to products that are custom-made, prepared to measure or, by their nature, not suitable for return.

For disputes relating to the order and delivery, the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts designated in the applicable legislation have jurisdiction.
