Your satisfaction with the product you have purchased matters to us. On this page you will find the terms and timeframes for returns and exchanges, along with the steps you should follow.
Return conditions
You may return your products after delivery, within the period stipulated by the applicable legislation, provided that they are unused and in a resalable condition. The product's original packaging and any accessories must be complete.
Products not eligible for return
Custom-made products, items prepared to measure (e.g. stretch ceilings/panels produced for a specific space) or products that are unsuitable for return by their very nature are subject to exceptions to the right of withdrawal. This is indicated on the product page and prior to your order.
Exchange
For eligible products, you may submit an exchange request. When exchanging for a product at a different price, the difference is either refunded to you or collected from you; you are kept informed throughout the process.
Return process and refund
You can create your return request from the orders section of your account or through our Contact channels. For approved returns, the product price is refunded in a manner consistent with your payment method.
