Description
The largest and most powerful model in the range. At 50×50 cm and 5150 lumens it covers a wide living room of 25–33 m² with a single fixture.
At this size ceiling height decides: below 2.4 m a 50 cm body feels close and dominant. At 2.7 m and above the proportion sits correctly.
One fixture or two
Above 30 m², two fixtures carry the light into the corners better and reduce shadows. A single fixture produces a bright centre and weakening edges; if the long side of the room exceeds 6 metres that difference is visible. If you use two, choose them in the same size and space them evenly along the long axis.
Fixing to a plasterboard ceiling
Surface panels of this size typically weigh 2 to 3 kg. A concrete ceiling carries that without question. In plasterboard, a screw driven straight into the board works loose over time: use a toggle or spring anchor that opens behind the board. Where possible, line the fixing point up with a supporting profile — that is the soundest solution.

Usage & Warnings
Before installation
- Switch off the circuit at the fuse box before wiring. Turning off the wall switch is not enough.
- The fixture connects directly to 220–240V mains. If your installation has no earth conductor, consult a qualified electrician.
- On plasterboard ceilings do not screw straight into the board; use hollow-wall (toggle or spring) anchors.
Use and care
- Wipe the surface with a dry, soft cloth. Abrasive sponges, bleach and alcohol-based cleaners permanently dull the diffuser.
- Cut the power and let the fixture cool before cleaning.
- For indoor use only. Do not install outdoors or anywhere exposed to direct moisture.
LED and driver
- The LED board is soldered in place and cannot be replaced individually like a bulb.
- This range is not dimmable. Wiring it to a dimmer circuit damages the driver and causes flicker.
- If the light flickers or fails, the part that normally needs replacing is the driver, not the LEDs.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is 50×50 too large for a low ceiling?
Below 2.4 m this size dominates and makes the ceiling feel lower. In such rooms the 43×43 model, or two 33×33 fixtures, gives a more balanced result.

Above 30 m² two fixtures spread light more evenly into the corners and reduce shadows. A single fixture gives a bright centre and weaker edges. Where budget and ceiling layout allow, two is the better answer.
How heavy is it — will the ceiling take it?
Surface-mounted panels of this size typically weigh 2–3 kg. Concrete carries that without question. On plasterboard use suitable hollow-wall anchors; screwing straight into the board leads to loosening over time.
Is 5150 lumens too bright?
Not in a room of 25 m² or more. In a 15 m² room it would be uncomfortable. The measure is 150–200 lumens per m²; multiply your floor area by that figure to check.
Does it suit a ceiling with cornice?
Yes. Position the fixture in the flat area inside the cornice line, equidistant from the edges. Adding concealed LED strip behind the cornice gives you two layers of light.
