What Is a Ceiling Fan Chandelier?
A ceiling fan chandelier combines a ceiling fan and an LED light in a single body. The blades move the air in summer, while the light is switched on and off independently. Instead of hanging a separate fan and a separate light, a single ceiling connection point is used.
Remote Control
All models in this category come with a remote control: the light and the fan speed are set separately from the same remote. On the model with selectable light colours, the colour is also changed from the remote; the specification table on each product page states what can be adjusted on which model.
Size and Room
The models in this category have a diameter of 50 cm, a size chosen for medium-sized rooms such as a bedroom, a study or a small living room.
Installation
The rotating blades pass weight and vibration to the ceiling. Installation must therefore be made to a solid ceiling point that can bear this load, and the sweep of the blades must stay above head height. Before connecting, switch off the circuit breaker; we recommend having the electrical connection made by a qualified electrician.
When Is It the Right Choice?
In rooms that need both a ceiling light and air movement, a ceiling fan chandelier replaces two separate devices. A floor-standing fan takes up space with its body and cable, while the blades on the ceiling leave the usable floor area untouched. The solution is often used in bedrooms and studies without air conditioning, or where air circulation alone is enough.
Light Colour
The model with selectable light colours carries "3-Colour" in its product name and switches between warm, neutral and white light. In the evening, warm light creates a relaxing atmosphere; during work or cleaning, white light shows detail more clearly.
Care
Dust builds up on the blades over time. Clean them with a dry or slightly damp cloth only after switching off the power and once the blades have come to a complete stop. If vibration or noise increases during rotation, check that the fixing screws are tight; a loose connection increases both the noise and the load on the ceiling.
Budget
Both models in this category are priced; the current price is shown on each product page.
