What Is a Chandelier Set?

A chandelier set brings together LED lights in the same design line for different rooms of the home in one package. Instead of choosing a separate light for the living room, bedroom, kitchen, children's room and hallway, the whole home is lit with the same look.

What Is in the Set?

The contents of each set are stated in the product name and specification table: how many pieces it has, which are flush ceiling lights and which are pendant chandeliers, and which room each is intended for. The category has a 5-piece set (5 pendants) and a 7-piece set (3 ceiling lights + 4 pendants).

Ceiling Height

A flush ceiling light works better in low-ceilinged rooms, while a pendant suits high-ceilinged living rooms and kitchens. When choosing a set, compare the ceiling heights of your rooms with the types of lights in the set.

A Set or Individual Lights?

When lights are chosen one by one from different series, differences in colour, material and light tone appear between rooms. A set removes these differences: the same body colour and design language run from the living room to the hallway. When the whole home is to be lit at once — after a move, a renovation or when furnishing a new home — a set reduces the choice to a single decision.

Room-by-Room Placement

In the living room, the light is placed above the seating group or in the centre of the room. In the kitchen and dining area, the lower end of a pendant should hang about 70–80 cm above the table. In the hallway, the lights are spaced evenly along the passage; a set with two pieces for the hallway keeps this balance in long corridors. In a children's room, the light must hang out of the child's reach.

Installation

Each piece of the set is mounted separately to its own ceiling connection point, so the set needs as many ceiling connections as it has pieces. Before connecting, switch off the circuit breaker; we recommend having the electrical connection made by a qualified electrician.
