Description
A corner is the most exposed part of a wall. A corner bead does two jobs at once: it gives the corner a straight, sharp line and it protects that line from impact.
Which type you need follows the finish. PVC mesh beads are bedded into gypsum — they never rust, so they suit wet rooms. Galvanised gypsum beads work under thin plaster, machine-plaster beads under thick applied render, and notched arch beads bend to a radius.

The perforated flange of the trim is bedded into the adhesive, and the tile is then set onto the trim. The trim is not stuck on after the tiling is finished.
