Description
A T24 suspended ceiling is built from three parts. Main runners are hung from the slab on wire hangers and carry the load; cross tees lock between them to form the tile openings; a wall angle closes the line where the ceiling meets the wall.
The system takes its name from the 24 mm visible width of the profile face. Tiles rest freely in the openings and can be lifted by hand, which makes T24 the easiest system for reaching services above the ceiling.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many cross tees does a 60x60 ceiling need?
In a 60x60 grid, each tile takes one 1.20 m and two 0.60 m cross tees. Per square metre, allow roughly 1.4 m of the 1.20 type and 2.8 m of the 0.60 type; leave 5% for cutting and waste.
Detailed guideCan a cross tee be cut?
Yes, at the perimeter cells. The cut end loses its locking tab, so that end is rested on the wall angle.
