Description

A T24 suspended ceiling is built from three parts. Main runners are hung from the slab on wire hangers and carry the load; cross tees lock between them to form the tile openings; a wall angle closes the line where the ceiling meets the wall.

The system takes its name from the 24 mm visible width of the profile face. Tiles rest freely in the openings and can be lifted by hand, which makes T24 the easiest system for reaching services above the ceiling.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can a ceiling be built without a wall angle?

No. There would be no surface for the perimeter tiles to rest on, and the junction between the ceiling and the wall would be left open.

Detailed guide
How is it fixed to the wall?

With wall plugs and screws suited to the wall material, usually at 40–50 cm intervals. Before fixing, the line is marked with a laser or a water level.
