Professional Installation and Integration Solutions
Professional Application Focused on 48V Low-Voltage Safety and Minimalist Design
Magnetic Track Lighting Installation Service is a comprehensive engineering and application solution for modern architectural projects, covering track measurement, project design, mechanical installation, 48V low-voltage transformer connections, and smart home integration. Our expert teams establish a safe, flexible, and aesthetic lighting infrastructure in your space by performing flawless wiring and mounting suitable for recessed (trimless), surface-mounted, or suspended ceiling types.

We perform custom profile cutting, structural framing reinforcement, and flawless pre-plaster alignment for a seamless (trimless) look on drywall ceilings.
To prevent voltage drops, we calculate cable cross-sections and transformer capacities, positioning drivers appropriately for the run length and fixture wattage.
We integrate the magnetic tracks into your smart home systems using DALI, Zigbee, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, TRIAC, 0-10V, or Casambi protocols for scene-based control.
Post-installation, we test the layout of spotlights, linear lights, and pendants on the track based on the space's light requirements and optimize their angles.
The installation process for magnetic track systems varies depending on the ceiling type and the chosen mounting method. In recessed (trimless) applications, custom profiles are screwed into the framing system while the drywall ceiling is being installed. The profile edges are then fully integrated with the ceiling using plaster mesh and finish plaster.
For surface-mounted and suspended applications, laser alignment tools are first used to plot the layout on the ceiling. In suspended systems, steel suspension cables are secured with anchors suitable for the ceiling structure to level the track height. In all installation types, the most critical phase is the transformer connection—where 220V mains electricity is stepped down to 48V—and distributing power supply points correctly according to polarity.
To complete our service flawlessly, a proper electrical infrastructure must be present at the application site. Unlike traditional 220V systems, magnetic fixtures run on 48V DC low voltage and cannot be connected directly to the 220V mains. Therefore, we plan hidden yet accessible areas inside the ceiling or in a panel room with air circulation where the transformers will be positioned. This low-voltage approach eliminates the safety risks of direct 220V connections, making the system safer and more flexible.
Before mechanical work begins, we calculate the cable cross-sections for the lines run from the main switch to the transformer location, and from the transformer to the track's power supply connector. To prevent voltage drop on long runs, we prepare a wiring infrastructure with the correct thickness (minimum 2x1.5 mm² copper).
Using low voltages like 48V or 24V in magnetic track lighting systems ensures top-level safety during both installation and daily use. Unlike traditional 220V lighting systems, the risk of direct contact with the 48V live tracks is minimal, and the hazard of electrical shock is virtually non-existent. This is a major benefit, especially for living spaces with children or pets.
In our installations, we use high-quality transformers that safely step down 220V mains electricity to 48V. Positioning these transformers correctly and wiring them according to standards guarantees a long-lasting and trouble-free system. Thanks to the low voltage, adding, removing, or repositioning lighting modules on the track is completely safe, offering users unmatched flexibility.
The main reason magnetic lighting is preferred in modern architecture is the flexibility of scene configuration it offers. Our installation teams integrate signal cables (dual-core control lines for DALI) or wireless modules (Zigbee, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Casambi receivers) into the system to enable communication with smart home hubs.
Thanks to this integration, you can independently control the dimming level and color temperature (CCT) of each individual fixture on the track. During installation, we set up grouping configurations so you can activate lighting scenes like 'Reading', 'Cinema', or 'Dinner' with a single touch via mobile phone, tablet, or wall panel. We also offer solutions compatible with other control protocols such as TRIAC and 0-10V.
Thanks to the aesthetic and functional flexibility they offer, magnetic track lighting systems can be applied in a wide variety of spaces. They create a modern and minimalist atmosphere in residential areas like living rooms, kitchens, and bedrooms, while providing focused lighting solutions in offices to boost productivity.
They are ideal for highlighting products or artworks in retail stores, showrooms, and galleries; since fixtures can be repositioned easily, the lighting adapts effortlessly as the display layout changes. In commercial and architectural projects like restaurants, hotels, and museums, they are preferred for both general lighting and decorative accents. We analyze the specific needs of each space to design and implement the most suitable lighting scenario.
One of the greatest advantages of magnetic track systems is the freedom to use different lighting modules on a single line. As part of our installation service, we provide consultancy on selecting spotlights, linear, pendant, or decorative lighting modules that suit the function and aesthetic expectations of your space.
While we can highlight specific areas or objects with spotlight modules, we can achieve homogeneous general lighting with linear modules. Pendant modules can balance the ceiling height or focus on areas like dining tables. By considering the beam angle, color temperature, and brightness level of each module, we help you create the most efficient and aesthetic lighting scenario for your space.
The installation time for magnetic lighting depends directly on the project's size, the architectural structure of the ceiling, and the level of smart integration selected. For a standard 3-bedroom apartment (averaging 20-30 meters of track), the process—including recessed profile mounting, wiring, transformer connections, and fixture testing—takes an average of 1 to 2 business days.
In commercial spaces, offices, or high-ceilinged showrooms, suspended and surface-mounted installations are faster, meaning similar track lengths can be delivered in much less time. All installation steps are scheduled day-by-day in line with the layout plan prepared during the discovery phase, and the process is completed within the committed timeframe.
The cost of our magnetic track lighting installation service varies based on several factors. The total length of the track run, the number and type of lighting modules to be used (spots, linears, pendants), the complexity of the project (recessed, surface, suspended), the current condition of the ceiling structure, and the need for electrical infrastructure preparation are the primary drivers.
In addition, integration with smart automation systems (DALI, Casambi, etc.) and custom design requirements also influence the total cost. For a detailed and transparent pricing plan, you can benefit from our project-specific site survey and consultancy service to get a clear cost analysis.
All wiring, transformer positioning, and mechanical installation processes we perform are covered under our company's 2-year workmanship warranty. During use, we provide technical support for track cleaning, relocating fixtures, or adding new fixtures to the system.
The greatest advantage of magnetic systems is that you can slide fixtures along the track or snap them off and mount them elsewhere without using any tools. However, in technical situations such as transformer failures or electrical contact issues on the line, our expert service teams offer rapid troubleshooting and parts replacement to ensure your system operates without interruption.
Professional partners looking for flawless execution of trimless (recessed zero-bezel) details in their projects, wiring according to technical specifications, and comprehensive smart home integration.
Homeowners seeking a modern, minimalist, and flexible lighting design in their homes, expecting a turnkey installation service from ceiling cutting to plaster-and-paint finishes.
Commercial operators looking for professional installation and fast service support in spaces where lighting angles and positions must change constantly to suit featured products or art pieces.
Yes, it can be applied, but it requires more labor compared to installing it during the ceiling construction phase. We plot the line on the existing drywall ceiling with a laser, cut a channel matching the profile width, reinforce the ceiling's framing system, and insert the profile. We then patch it with plaster and paint to achieve a seamless finish.
For aesthetic reasons, having 48V transformers visible directly on the track is not preferred. Therefore, we position the transformers behind ceiling access panels, in false ceiling voids, in dedicated driver enclosures, or inside the electrical panel. The key is to place the transformer in a ventilated spot that remains easily accessible in case of troubleshooting.
Yes, this is the greatest advantage of magnetic systems. As long as you stay within the total transformer wattage (power capacity) of the track run we installed, you can easily insert, remove, or relocate new fixtures yourself in seconds without calling for technical service.
No, they will not fall out. In the systems we install, the fixtures are secured to the track channel using both powerful neodymium magnets and mechanical safety locks. Fixtures installed on tracks mounted vertically on walls or ceilings will not shift or fall unless physically manipulated from the outside.
For recessed (trimless) profile applications, our teams handle the initial plaster filling and mesh tape application after securing the profile to the ceiling. Depending on the project's needs, we can also offer the final coat of finish plaster and ceiling painting as a turnkey bundle package.
Since magnetic track systems operate on low voltages like 48V or 24V, they are much safer than traditional 220V systems. Low voltage virtually eliminates the risk of electrical shock and allows fixtures to be repositioned safely on the track. Because 220V systems run directly on mains voltage, they require higher safety measures during installation and adjustments. In our systems, 220V is stepped down to 48V via safe transformers.
