Description
In a clip-in ceiling the tile does not rest on the grid — the folds on its edge push up into the profile and lock. The carrier is therefore never visible and the ceiling reads as a continuous surface.
Once seated, the tile will not lift in a draught and will not fall. That is why clip-in is chosen for high ceilings, corridors and public areas. Removal needs a suction cup or a thin plastic tool at the tile edge.

Are a splice piece and a joining clip the same thing?
No. The clip grips two profiles from the outside, while the splice piece goes inside the profile. If you do not want a mark on the underside, choose the splice piece.
